# Customize screen text

Edit the status header, event title, welcome message, and confirmation message guests see at the station.

**Screen text** settings control the wording guests see on the station. Each element can be shown or hidden, and text fields use quick presets for common phrasing.

**Where to find it**

Go to **Check-in Station** in Event Management, then open the **Screen text** tab.

**Status badge**

A small pill shown above the event title — useful for signaling that check-in is open.

1. Enter a label (up to 28 characters) or pick a preset such as **Check-in open**, **Doors open**, or **Welcome**.
2. Use the **Visible/Hidden** toggle to show or hide it. Hiding it also disables the field.

**Event title**

The large heading on the welcome screen.

1. Enter the title (for example, your event name).
2. Use the **Visible/Hidden** toggle to show or hide it.

**Welcome message**

The line of text under the event title that invites guests to check in.

1. Enter your message (two lines of space).
2. Use the **Visible/Hidden** toggle to show or hide it.

**Confirmation message**

The message guests see after a successful check-in.

1. Enter your message (up to 60 characters) or pick a preset such as **Enjoy the event.** or **Thank you for joining us.**
2. This message is always shown on the success screen when set.

Changes appear in the **Live preview** immediately.
