# Filtering by Tables

See exactly who is sitting where – filter your guest list by table number in one click.

Filtering helps you focus on specific groups of guests during setup or on event day. You can filter by tables in **both your web dashboard** (for planning and management) and the **Check-in App** (for day-of-event operations)

#### In the Web Browser

1.  Go to your **Guest list**
2.  Click the **Table Filter** icon on top
3.  Under **Table**, select:
4.  -   All Tables
    -   A single table (e.g., "Table 5")
    -   Multiple tables (e.g., "Table 5 and VIP Table")
    -   Unseated guests (guests with no table)
5.  Click **Apply**

The guest list will update to show only guests assigned to the selected tables.

#### Common filter use cases

| **What you need** | **Filter by** |
| --- | --- |
| Find all guests at the Head Table | Select "Head Table" |
| See who hasn't been assigned yet | Select "Unassigned" |
| Prepare check-in for VIP section only | Select multiple VIP tables |
