### How pricing works

You choose the plan that fits your event needs. Each plan includes **unlimited guests** (fair usage policy applies) and **unlimited team members**.

### What each plan includes

#### CHECK‑IN (US$250 / event)

-   Event check‑in for up to 8 event days

**Best for:** Events that only need fast, efficient entry management and badge printing.

#### MANAGE (US$750 / event)

-   Everything in CHECK‑IN
-   Unlimited emails (for up to 2,500 guests; contact us to increase limits)
-   No‑code email designer
-   QR code confirmations
-   Registration pages and RSVP forms
-   Manage your event for up to 4 months

**Best for:** Events that need to handle invitations, RSVPs, and guest communication from start to finish.

#### HIRE (US$2,500 / event)

-   Everything in MANAGE
-   Dedicated event expert to manage Check‑in Pax for you
-   Setup, training, and onboarding
-   Custom email and form design
-   Guest list import and management
-   NDA included

**Best for:** High‑stakes events where you want an expert to handle the software so you can focus on your guests.

### Enterprise security & compliance

For enterprise customers who require additional security documentation, we offer the following services for an additional fee:

| **Penetration test results** | Access to our latest third-party penetration test reports |

### Billing policy – what you need to know

| **Are there hidden fees?** | No. Apart from the Check-in and Manage tier, your event price does not limit specific features: it includes unlimited guests (fair usage), unlimited team members, and support. The only extras are iPad/printer rentals, white‑glove service, or on‑site support. |
| **Is there a free trial?** | Yes. Test Check‑in Pax for free with up to 20 guests. No credit card required – just full access. |
| **Can I upgrade mid‑event?** | Yes. Upgrade your event anytime to add invitations or RSVPs. Just let us know. |
| **What if I need to cancel?** | You receive an event credit for unused events. If you have already started, we prorate it fairly. |
| **Why are there no guest limits?** | Because event plans change. Last‑minute adds and walk‑ins happen. We have you covered. A fair usage policy applies. Contact us if you plan for more than 2,500 guests. |

Unlike other platforms, Check‑in Pax does **not** charge for:
