# Set the Check-in station background

Choose a solid color or upload an image as the background behind all check-in station screens.

The **Background** is shown behind every screen at the station — welcome, search, and success.

**Where to find it**

Go to **Check-in Station** in Event Management, then open the **Background** tab.

**Use a solid color**

1.  Select **Solid color**.
2.  Pick a color with the color picker, enter a hex value, or choose a preset swatch.

**Use an image**

1.  Select **Image**.
2.  Select **Upload image** and choose a PNG or JPG.
3.  Recommended size: **2732 × 2048 px**.
4.  To remove the image, select the trash icon on the thumbnail.

> **Tip:** When you use an image, the station adds a subtle dark overlay so white text stays readable. Test your text colors in the live preview.

Changes appear in the **Live preview** immediately.
