Bulk QR Code Generator
What makes Check-in Pax different
Most QR code tools lock you into their system. Not Check-in Pax.
With our generator, you can:
- Generate QR codes using your own sequence of values (ticket numbers, guest IDs, membership numbers, etc.)
- Fully customize the data behind each QR code
- Import those QR codes into Check-in Pax as a custom field
- Scan them with the Check-in App β just like our system-generated QR codes
This gives you complete flexibility to create QR codes for:
| Use case | Example |
|---|---|
Your own email campaigns | Send QR codes directly from your existing email system |
Printed badge cards | Pre-print badges with QR codes before the event |
Messaging apps (WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS) | Send QR codes manually to guests |
External ticketing systems | Generate codes in your own platform, then import to Check-in Pax |
How it works
The QR code generator runs entirely in your browser. No data is ever uploaded to any server β it is 100% private.
Step 1: Prepare your data
Each line in the generator creates one QR code. You can also define a custom filename for each code.
Basic format (one code per line):
text
ABC001
ABC002
ABC003
Format with custom filenames (value, filename):
text
ABC001, John Smith
ABC002, Sarah Lee
ABC003, Michael Chen
Step 2: Generate your QR codes
- Go to the Bulk QR Code Generator
- Paste or type your values into the input area
- Adjust QR code settings as needed
- Generate your codes
- Download them as individual images or a ZIP file
Step 3: Import into Check-in Pax
Once you have generated your QR codes:
- Add the QR code values as a custom field in your event (e.g., "Ticket Number" or "Membership ID")
- Upload your guest list with that custom field filled in
- The Check-in App will recognize these QR codes when scanned β just like our system-generated ones
Important: Each QR code value must be unique per guest. Duplicate values will cause scanning conflicts.
Security & privacy β what makes this tool special
The Bulk QR Code Generator is designed with privacy first:
| Feature | What it means |
|---|---|
No server uploads | Your text, numbers, names, and emails are never sent to any server |
No data storage | Nothing is saved on our servers β all processing happens locally in your browser |
No tracking | We do not collect or have access to any of your QR code content |
Temporary memory | All data is cleared when you close or refresh the page |
Safe for personal data | Use real names, emails, or phone numbers with complete confidence |
Why generate your own QR codes?
| Scenario | Benefit |
|---|---|
You already have an email system | Generate QR codes in advance and send them through your own platform β no need to switch |
You need printed badges before the event | Create QR codes, print them on badges, and scan them on event day |
You want to send QR codes via WhatsApp or SMS | Generate individual QR code images and send them manually |
You have an external ticketing system | Use your existing ticket numbers as QR code values |
You need full control over QR code data | Choose exactly what value goes into each code |
Example workflow
You have: An existing system that assigns a unique "Attendee ID" to each guest and you need to create QR codes, either for printed invitation cards with a QR code or to send QR codes to guest through a private message.
What you do:
- Export your guest list with IDs
- Use the Bulk QR Code Generator to create QR codes for each Ticket ID
- Add a custom field called "QR Code ID" to your Check-in Pax event
- Upload your guest list with the QR Code ID column
- On event day, guests show their QR code
- Scan it with the Check-in App β it works instantly
Result: You keep your existing workflow while gaining the power of Check-in Pax scanning.
