Selecting a Guest Status
Not every guest is the same. Some have confirmed. Some might show up. Some have already declined. Guest Status helps you track where each person stands.
Important note: The statuses below (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Cancelled, Review and Checked In){ are the default statuses provided by Check-in Pax. They cannot be changed, renamed, or customized. If you need different status labels for your event workflow, you may consider to create your own custom field(s). Contact our support team or visit our help center for examples and best practices.
Available statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
Unconfirmed | You haven't received a response yet. |
Confirmed | The guest is confirmed or has RSVP'd yes . |
Cancelled | The guest has declined or RSVP'd no. |
Review | The guest is not confirmed and under review. Use this status as you see fit. |
Checked In | The guest has arrived and is checked in (only assigned when pressing the check-in button and automatic via the Check-in App). |
How to change a guest's status:
- Find the guest in your guest list and click on the guest
- Edit the guest ans change the Status dropdown.
- Click Save.
Changes sync automatically to all devices.
Pro tip: You can also change statuses in bulk by selecting multiple guests and using the Bulk Actions menu on top called Change status. This is useful for marking an entire list or all guests of a specific company as "Confirmed" or switching a group from "Unconfirmed" to under "Review."
