Billing policy – what you need to know

Are there hidden fees?

No. Apart from the Check-in and Manage tier, your event price does not limit specific features: it includes unlimited guests (fair usage), unlimited team members, and support. The only extras are iPad/printer rentals, white‑glove service, or on‑site support.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Test Check‑in Pax for free with up to 20 guests. No credit card required – just full access.

Can I upgrade mid‑event?

Yes. Upgrade your event anytime to add invitations or RSVPs. Just let us know.

What if I need to cancel?

You receive an event credit for unused events. If you have already started, we prorate it fairly.

Why are there no guest limits?

Because event plans change. Last‑minute adds and walk‑ins happen. We have you covered. A fair usage policy applies. Contact us if you plan for more than 2,500 guests.


What you won't pay for

Unlike other platforms, Check‑in Pax does not charge for:

  • Additional team members or logins
  • Setup or implementation
  • Extra devices or check‑in stations
  • Guest imports or exports
  • Standard support
