Creating RSVP Forms
RSVP forms allow you to collect guest responses, registrations, and custom information directly from your attendees. Whether you need a simple confirmation form or a detailed registration page with multiple fields, Check-in Pax makes it easy.
What is an RSVP form?
An RSVP form is a web page where guests can:
- Confirm or decline their attendance
- Provide additional information (meal preferences, T-shirt sizes, etc.)
- Update their guest profile
When a guest submits the form, their guest status is automatically updated (e.g., from "Unconfirmed" to "Confirmed"), and you can send an automated confirmation email with their QR code.
