Filtering by Tables

Filtering helps you focus on specific groups of guests during setup or on event day. You can filter by tables in both your web dashboard (for planning and management) and the Check-in App (for day-of-event operations)

In the Web Browser

  1. Go to your Guest list
  2. Click the Table Filter icon on top
  3. Under Table, select:
    • All Tables
    • A single table (e.g., "Table 5")
    • Multiple tables (e.g., "Table 5 and VIP Table")
    • Unassigned guests (guests with no table)
  4. Click Apply

The guest list will update to show only guests assigned to the selected tables.

Common filter use cases

Find all guests at the Head Table

Select "Head Table"

See who hasn't been assigned yet

Select "Unassigned"

Prepare check-in for VIP section only

Select multiple VIP tables
