Filtering by Status

The Check-in App allows you to filter your guest list by status, helping your team focus on specific groups of guests - for example, only those who still need to be checked in, or only those who have already arrived.

Available statuses (default):

Status
Unconfirmed
Confirmed
Cancelled
Review
Checked In

How to filter by status:

Open the Check-in App and select your event and guest list.
Locate the Filter button (the funnel icon next to the search bar).
Tap the button to open the status filter menu.
Choose one of the following options:
- All guests – Shows every guest in the selected guest list (default view)
- Unconfirmed – Shows only guests with Unconfirmed status
- Confirmed – Shows only guests with Confirmed status
- Cancelled – Shows only guests with Cancelled status
- Review – Shows only guests with Review status
- Checked In – Shows only guests who have already been checked in

When to use each filter:

Filter	Best used when
All guests	Your team is managing the full guest list
Unconfirmed	You want to see who hasn't responded yet or is pending
Confirmed	You want to focus on guests who said yes and still need to check in
Cancelled	You rarely need this, but it helps to see who is definitely not coming
Review	Special cases, VIPs, or guests who need extra attention before check-in. Use this status as you see fit.
Checked In	You want to see who has already arrived (useful for tracking capacity)

How filtering helps your team:

Speed up check-in. Filter by "Confirmed" to hide cancelled guests and focus only on expected arrivals.
Handle special cases. Filter by "Review" to quickly identify guests who need manager approval or manual handling.
Monitor attendance. Filter by "Checked In" throughout the event to see who has arrived.

Pro tip: The filter stays active until you change it. If you filter by "Confirmed" and then search for a guest the filter will still be applied. Remember to reset to "All guests" when you want to see everyone again.
