Managing Guests on the Guest List
The guest list in your event management when accessed via your laptop and web browser is the command center for all your event guests. From here, you can see everyone coming, search for specific people, filter by status, send emails, generate badges, and take bulk actions.
What you can do from the guest list screen:
- Search – Find a guest by name, email, or any custom field value.
- Filter – Show only Confirmed guests, only Checked In guests, or only unconfirmed guests. Tip: Combine it with the search.
- Sort – Order ascending or descending for every column.
- Hide and Display Fields – Remove and display fields from the list that you currently do not need.
- Detect Duplicate Guests – Select 1 to 3 fields to display duplicate guest records.
- Bulk actions – Move guests (from one guest list to another), change guest statuses, delete guests, send emails and generate badges for multiple guests at once.
