Set the Check-in station background
Choose a solid color or upload an image as the background behind all check-in station screens.
The Background is shown behind every screen at the station — welcome, search, and success.
Where to find it
Go to Check-in Station in Event Management, then open the Background tab.
Use a solid color
- Select Solid color.
- Pick a color with the color picker, enter a hex value, or choose a preset swatch.
Use an image
- Select Image.
- Select Upload image and choose a PNG or JPG.
- Recommended size: 2732 × 2048 px.
- To remove the image, select the trash icon on the thumbnail.
Tip: When you use an image, the station adds a subtle dark overlay so white text stays readable. Test your text colors in the live preview.
Changes appear in the Live preview immediately.
